Become a True Angel Investor: SHARE in Your Community!

In December 2008, Street Youth Legal Advocates of Washington (SYLAW), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, launched a unique nonprofit “IPO” – an Initial Public OPPORTUNITY to help youth in need!

Up to 10,000 fundraising “shares” are available at just $25 each. These shares are 100% tax-deductible and there is no limit to how many shares you can buy!

Your investment will help SYLAW expand its innovative programs beyond the greater Seattle area and help homeless and at-risk youth throughout Washington State secure safe shelter, a good education, affordable medical care, stable employment and a productive future.

Your investment will not generate a financial return or dividend check. Rather, you will be investing in something with a guaranteed social return and, as a shareholder, you will learn of our progress in an annual Shareholder Report. You will also be invited to a Shareholder Celebration when we reach our goal of selling 10,000 shares!

For more information on your Return on Investment (ROI), please take a look at our prospectus.

Take advantage of this remarkable opportunity to share in the lives of Washington youth. Your investment today will benefit your community for many years to come.

Please Note: All funds raised during this “Initial Public Opportunity” are tax-deductible and will be used to support the programs of SYLAW. Shareholders will not receive any financial return, do not have any voting rights nor own stock or shares in the nonprofit public charity “Street Youth Legal Advocates of Washington” or any of its assets. These IPO “shares” simply offer their holders an opportunity to share in SYLAW’s work as a donor.
